Bigshot is a digital camera that made by Columbia University with the aim every child have a digital camera and learn photography. Something that make Bigshot digital camera so unique is when we receive the package of Bigshot camera, the camera is not ready to use, with DIY (Do It Yourself) children have to assemble the digital camera. The aim of the DIY assembly is that every children not only use the camera but also knows how digital camera work .

Bigshot is also has pretty good feature, because it is almost the same as an ordinary digital camera with flash & a USB connection to transfer pictures to a computer. Something that makes Bigshot so unique, the lens can be replaced in accordance with the conditions. By rotate the front lens, we can choose Normal, Panorama, or Stereo (3D) lens mode. One more thing that makes Bigshot digital camera so unique, beside we can use the battery, Bigshot also use the kinetic energy of the “crank” on the side of Bigshot. If we crank it 4 times then we can do 1x photo shot. Bigshot will give children more fun education about photography & camera.
