PhotoGPS Jobo: Plug & Play GPS For Your DSLR Camera
Some of new product of digital camera already has some built-in GPS to make geo tagging & marking the location where the photo was taken. But, what if your digital camera has no built-in GPS? Do not worry, you can use the digital camera accessories that has function same as built GPS, it is called PhotoGPS Jobo. PhotoGPS Jobo is placed in the Hot Shoe of your DSLR camera, the part of DSLR camera that usually used for external flash.
The way PhotoGPS Jobo works is also very easy, each time you take a picture, PhotoGPS Jobo will automatically record the location data & not only Longitude and Latitude, but also the name of the city plus country roads (these are rarely owned by geotagging tool). After the photo shoot is complete, by using the software (Matching Software), data and images are synchronized, so that eventually all photos will have the data that taken by PhotoGPS Jobo.
PhotoGPS use rechargeable batteries & able to store about 1,000 locations. Great idea, but the problem is we use the External Flash, where we have to put PhotoGPS Jobo? PhotoGPS Jobo is sold at price 159$ USD.
